Faith Conquers Tyrants

By ex-POW Major Mark “ZIPPO” Smith (Ret)

Faith, is the enemy of all tyrants.

If a man believes in almighty God he can never be truly enslaved.

Through bleeding lips he can smile and know what the atheist can never fathom;
There is more, so very much more than this mere testing ground we call life.

In the darkest of dungeons he can feel the fruits of victory around him by his simple survival in a place designed to destroy his human spirit.

In the darkest of night in the most terrible of places one can reach out and touch the face of God. It is this ability of the Christian heart which strikes fear into atheistic communism.

As long as they build fake churches, appoint fake pastors and imprison the true believer, they are losing the battle.

If there was no God, they would not fear him so.
