VET Testing in Catlettsburg KY?

The state web page hasn't been updated since March 17 so I had to scan this notice. They want to put Cattletsburg in as a nonattainment area. They no doubt will want to start Vehicle Emissions Testing. These testing companies have been shut down in Jefferson County and Northern Kentucky so they are looking to others areas to make up their financial losses. Leave it to the fascists to help them by giving them this hearing and their desired classification. We need to jump all over this and Fletcher needs to talk to his enviro girl..
