Selective Enforcement of Laws Being Used To Silence Donna Mancini

Donna Mancini is the third owner of her home, which has had an automatic pool cover on the pool since 1989.  It was never considered to be a problem until shortly after Mancini appeared on FOX-41 Point of View,  Jan 30, 2006, to express her disgust for her tax dollars being spent for a new arena on the waterfront in a flood zone.  The following week, Mancini was cited by the Metro Department of Inspections, Permits and Licenses for having a pool that does not meet the code, which requires a four-foot fence.            (click to read more)

Libertarian Party of Ohio Names Chief Brand Strategist

Columbus, OH - Doug McIntyre, founder and CEO of Cult Marketing, was named Chief Brand Strategist of the Libertarian Party of Ohio, according to John Stewart, Chair of the Ohio Libertarian Party.

"Doug McIntyre was a featured speaker at the Libertarian Party of Ohio's state convention last month," said Stewart.
