EDUCATION REVOLUTION E NEWSLETTER: NEW RESOURCE
CONTENTS:
1. ALL PAST AERO MAGAZINES NOW ON WEBSITE!
2. SIX NEW BOOKS IN ON LINE BOOKSTORE

Dear Education Revolution E Newsletter Readers:

Our webmaster Isaac Graves has just completed creating one of the most important resources that we’ve ever offered you, and it is free: We now have the text on our website of all of the past issues of Education Revolution Magazine, from the first one in November 1989 to our Fall 2005 issue, #42. By looking through this you can almost read the history of the alternative education movement for the past 17 years, as well as visualize the evolution of AERO by seeing all of the scanned covers of the magazines. For those who would like to see the issues in PDF format with pictures, just e mail us and we can send you PDFs of #30, 33, and 37-42. To see the entire archive go to

http://www.educationrevolution.org/archives.html

The new issue, #43 has just been printed and will be sent out early this week. This issue of Education Revolution, edited by Albert Lamb in England, is one of our best ever, and maybe one of our most important. It features the whole story of our recent project to democratize a 2400 student school in India. It also has a feature that you will never see anywhere else: A reprint from a book written by Herbert Quick in 1868 called “Essays on Educational Reformers.” You’ll just have to read the article to see who was important in 1868, but you’ll recognize all the names. Also, five new books are reviewed by Aleksandra Majstorac Kobiljski.

To see the cover of the new issue, go to

http://edrev.org/issue43.html

We will send you a free PDF of the new issue if you order a PDF membership now. This means that you will receive your complete issue with all pictures by e mail in PDF format, and your membership won’t expire until the Spring issue of 2007. It is only $20. This is particularly good for international readers, whose print membership could come to $42 with postage. But domestic subscribers will also save over the $28.50 domestic membership rate for individuals and the $35.50 rate for schools and organizations.
To order a PDF membership, go to

http://edrev.org/pdfsu.html

Membership benefits include free job ads on our website, getting additional low bulk rate subscriptions, getting to ask simple questions of our office, getting discounts in our bookstore, and if you are a school, getting a listing on our member schools list with a web link.

In any of these cases we will give you this issue free and the subscription won’t lapse until Spring, 2007.

By the way,
To get the individually mailed print membership go to

http://edrev.org/inmem.html

Again, we will give you this issue free and the membership won’t lapse until Spring, 2007.
