$35 Million for Horse Arena

House Bill 316 ($35-million for equestrian arena):

Introduced by Rep. Stephen R Nunn on January 11, 2006, to authorize a $35 million capital project for the Kentucky Horse Park Commission to construct a new indoor equestrian arena and provide debt service for the project in FY 2006-2007 and 2007-2008. The bill would authorize a $4.6 million capital project to improve access at the Kentucky Horse Park and provide debt service for the project in FY 2006-2007 and 2007-2008.
