It
never ceases to amaze me to see or hear about the almost infinite
capacities for human endurance, such as were displayed in various
parts of our country during the annual rituals that take place on
“Black Friday”, and Christians everywhere were given a well deserved
and blessed Christmas present the other day courtesy of the United
States Court Of Appeals. The Court said it was proper and
constitutional for Mercer County to include the display of the Ten
Commandments at its courthouse.

Erlanger- Kenton County Commissioner Adam Koenig announces his
intention to run for State Representative in 69th
Legislative District. The Erlanger Republican feels his 8 years on
the Kenton County Fiscal Court and 3 years on City Council make him
uniquely qualified.

"Send in the Clowns, Er Justices" by Frank Friday
This is the week for outrageous court rulings. First, a federal
judge rules in Dover, PA, that Darwinism is the dogmatic,
uncontestable religio-science of America's public schools. No word
yet on when the court will mandate the ruthless elimination of all
inferior humans, (handicapped, blacks, etc.) as suggested in the
Prophet’s Descent of Man. And now our Kentucky Supreme Court has
decided the 37th Senate District contest in the most dishonest and
unlawful manner imaginable.
