House Bill 223 (Provide $39-million in Bond Funds for Kentucky Horse Park):
Introduced by Rep. Susan Westrom on January 4, 2006, to appropriate $39,600,000 in Bond Funds to the Kentucky Horse Park Commission in fiscal year 2005-2006 for construction of a new indoor equestrian arena and construction and renovation of park roads and parking facilities. The bill would appropriate $1,845,500 from the General Fund to the Kentucky Horse Park Commission in fiscal year 2005-2006 for debt service.
