End the death tax -
This is very, very important and should have already happened. We passed the death tax repeal under the klintonista administration, but he vetoed it.
It has been pushed through again, but get this, it is a gradual phase out and comes back to life in 2011, go figure. It takes congress to do something that stupid and useless. The opposite of PROgress is CONgress! I wonder how many congress critters went back to their constituents and said, "See, I did what you asked, I voted for the repeal of the death tax.", knowing full well that it was temporary. So, what do we do,die before 2011, give me a break!
We must end the death tax forever. It is a soviet influenced attack on personal wealth. This is one of the primary weapons used to destroy the family farm, just take it in an inheritance tax. Many farms and homes have to be sold to pay our oppressive socialist government (if you don't think we have a socialist form of government, you aren't paying attention - reality, not fantasy) its revered inheritance tax. This attack has to end.
Here are two of the Ten Planks of the Communist Manifesto and how they relate to the destruction of private property in America today. Obviously, communists consider the ownership of private property a very important part of freedom or they would not have dedicated 20% of their revered Communist Manifesto to taking it!!! The fact that they are number one and three respectively also shows their importance to keeping people oppressed.
The red items are the planks of the communist manifesto (imagine that!), and that below each is how these planks have been instilled into our own government, allegedly of the people, by the people, and for the people! The abuse of eminent domain is not the only way our "socialist" government is stealing our private property rights folks!
Get your congress-rats to repeal the death tax permanently. 1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rent to public purpose. The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868), and various zoning, school & property taxes. Also the Bureau of Land Management
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance We call it Federal & State estate Tax (1916); or reformed Probate Laws, and limited inheritance via arbitrary inheritance tax statutes.
