Independence Day 2005By Jeff “Mario” Smith, Guerilla Reporter
On the 4th of July, 1776, the Congress of the United States of America formally renounced subjection to the government of Great Britain. That was a long, long time ago. Generations of Americans have come and gone and much has been forgotten regarding the sacrifices of those who put it on the line so that we might inherit Freedom and Liberty in our One Nation Under God, independent of any other nation or government. Many who enjoy the Liberty our Declaration of Independence and our Constitution provide have received it free of charge and without sacrificing one thing. Although I believe nothing that is free is truly appreciated, one of the things so great about America is the open bosom of Lady Liberty.
Webster’s 1828 Dictionary defined independence as: 1) A state of being not dependent; complete exemption from control, or the power of others; as the independence of the Supreme Being. It is clear that even in 1828, 52 years after our Founding Fathers sacrificed everything because they understood the importance of Liberty and its connection to God, Webster still had a good grasp of the real definition of independence. To show how far we have digressed as a people, today’s Miriam-Webster Dictionary defines independence as 1) the quality or state of being independent. How does a young person glean any knowledge from that definition?
Since those fateful years of war with Great Britain and some Indian allies, we as a nation have had to protect our Liberty to the point of engaging in greater conflicts time and again. Although there is some history that points to an evil control mechanism responsible for all of these wars, this article will refrain from going there as that is a much deeper study that most cannot endure without the backdrop of many other studies required to understand how the world turns politically and whom or what drives it. Let us just understand that many have fallen in years past and many are falling today to protect our Liberty from evil morons who would see to it that we as a free and sovereign nation were destroyed.
Why then would some Americans, many of them our alleged “representatives” in Congress, wish to engage in un-Constitutional treaties with other nations that place America in a position where we would have to give up much of our independence and sovereignty to a foreign controlling entity? That is exactly what NAFTA, GATT, CAFTA, LOST, and the FTAA do. See http://www.stoptheftaa.org/index2.html and www.getusout.org.
The Law Of The Sea Treaty or LOST, a great acronym by the way because what would be “lost” is our independence and sovereignty to the corrupt and evil United Nations that seeks taxing power over 75% of the earth’s surface through LOST. Yes, that’s right, a goal of LOST is the supreme authority of the United Nations to tax the entire world for its use of the seas, over 75% of the earth’s surface. If that sounds like a good idea to you, then I guess you let pedophiles baby-sit your children and you are looking for some seaside property to purchase in Missouri. The United Nations should be destroyed and if not destroyed then at least we should relinquish our membership and kick them off of one-worlder Rockefeller’s property in NYC.
How anyone still has any faith in the corrupt UN is beyond me. One need only look at its founding to understand that the UN has been corrupt from the very beginning and is an excellent tool for the godless communist enemies of freedom in their quest for the world domination of communism. For this discussion, one must understand that socialism, already institutionalized right here in this alleged “Constitutional Republic”, is nothing more than communism-lite, a pre-cursor to the eventual communist controlled one world government of the godless and corrupt UN.
The organization in control of our Congress and State Department for that eventual end is called the Council on Foreign Relations, or CFR, and this organization boasts of having over 400 members in the highest positions of our nation’s centralized government in Washington, DC. Since it began in 1921, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) has always worked for world government. The key CFR founder, Edward Mandell House, in his book, “Philip Dru: Administrator”, called for "Socialism as dreamed of by Karl Marx ..." The CFR was an early promoter of the UN, and 43 members of the U.S. delegation at the UN founding conference were or would become CFR members. See http://www.thenewamerican.com/tna/1996/vo12no19/vo12no19_cfr.htm and see http://www.thenewamerican.com/tna/1996/vo12no19/vo12no19_cfr.htm for more information on the Council on Foreign Relations, which by the way, is not a government organization.
At the end of WWII, in the former palace of Czar Nicholas on the Crimean southern shore of the Black Sea, socialist President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, a man who said “communists are my friends”, met at Yalta with the murderous evil Stalin whom he treated as an honorable statesman, and with the most accomplished statesman and war leader of our times, Winston Churchill. At Roosevelt’s side as an advisor was Alger Hiss, now known to have been a communist spy, thanks to the testimony of reformed communist spy Whitaker Chambers. Though private conversations from that time are not recorded, one has to wonder just how much influence Hiss had over the ailing and soon to die Roosevelt. After all, Roosevelt gave Stalin every single thing he asked for, selling out Eastern Europe, thus creating the “Iron Curtain” and starting the Cold War. Over 100,000,000 people were placed into the slavery of godless communism at Yalta.
The first concession to Stalin was having the talks at Yalta. Next was excluding the Asians from the talks. Eventually, our communist subverted State Department would end our support for Chiang Kai-shek’s un-yielding anti-communist freedom fighters allowing China to fall into the hell of communism, and Stalin would maintain his control over the COMINTERN, the international association of communists that seeks world domination of communism. That, by the way, is how communists define “peace”, the domination of communism over the entire surface of the planet. So when you hear communists speak of peace, this is what they really mean.
After all this jockeying for power at the end of WWII, the world was ripe for the concept of a world organization whereby, allegedly, representatives from all nations could meet and work out issues rather than going to war. As is the way with all “feel good” liberal thinking, this was naďve, and the corrupt and murderous actions of the United Nations we witness the world over today speak very loudly to that naivety.
The name "United Nations", coined by Roosevelt, was first used in the "Declaration by United Nations" on January 1, 1942, during the Second World War, when representatives of 26 nations pledged their Governments to continue fighting together against the Axis Powers. That, in and of itself, is interesting.
In 1945, representatives of 50 countries met in San Francisco at the United Nations Conference on International Organization to draw up the United Nations Charter. Under the design of communist spy Alger Hiss, the Charter for the United Nations was written, which gave permanent veto power on the Security Council to the communists, and the future one-world government had begun. Hiss presided over the founding of the United Nations and was, in effect, its first leader. Although recorded history now shows Trygve Lie of Norway was the first Secretary General of the UN from 1946 to 1952, remember, the United Nations was started in 1945 so someone had to preside over its founding. That someone was effectively the communist spy Alger Hiss. Fifteen more secret communists were involved in the formation of the UN including Roosevelt’s Secretary of the Treasury Harry Dexter White.
Why all this discussion of the UN in regard to our Independence Day? The largest threat to our Liberty looming over the horizon, aside from the “enemy within” (leftists in media, academia, government, and entertainment), is the United Nations, a corrupt organization from the outset, which seeks to be the one-world government that dominates and controls every nation on the earth. The only way for the Untied States to be an integral part of that eventual one-world government is to relinquish our sovereignty and Liberty created by our Declaration of Independence and guaranteed under our Constitution. There is no constitutional means by which to enter into treaties with other entities that chip away at or destroy our sovereignty. We must say no to the FTAA and LOST and fight to remove ourselves from all other unconstitutional treaties that our “alleged” representatives in Washington have thrust upon us.
This Independence Day, remember the wonder of our God endowed Liberty, the sacrifices it took to gain it, and the importance of passing it on to our children and grandchildren. Educate them to what it means and how they must fight to preserve it or true Liberty will eventually be relegated to the pages of history as what once was.
