Bowling Green Attorney J.B. Hines to Challenge Speaker of the House Jody
Richards in 2006
On April
4, 2005, J.B. Hines announced his intent to seek the office of the 20th
District State Rep. in 2006. "Warren County is hungry for new leadership,"
Hines said announcing his intent. "Jody Richards has gone from being part
of the mess in Frankfort to leading the mess in Frankfort."
