Norm Davis on UN Representation

Dear Rep. Ron Paul;

I hate to bother you with the following questions but I feel as though my Congressman wouldn't even know where to look for answers nor how to politically correctly answer them.

Since Europe is now becoming the European Union and they will become similar to the U. S., will they as a nation state have only one representative to the United Nations like we do?

If not then does that mean that each of our 50 states should have a representative as will their various states?
