Teaching The “Gaia” Religion In The Classroom By John Riley
Please read this "newspaper" article about teaching in the outdoor classroom http://www.courier-journal.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20050214/NEWS0102/502140401 and allow me to put a different light on it. While the story by itself sounds great, it is a classic example of "environmental activism" in the schools paid for by our tax dollars. This approach is so very subtle that almost no one could argue against what appears to be such a worthy cause, but in reality this is an almost unrecognizable approach to indoctrination of kids to the "Gaia" religion.
The Gaia religion is operating freely in our schools and classrooms nearly undetected, and the extremists that push it so subtly on our children are the first in line to denounce and criticize any hint of Christianity that might exist in the classroom or school.
They also will reinforce the evolution theory and treat the creation truth with scorn. This classroom is potentially full of the next generation of environmental extremist activists which (unbeknownst to most) have been thoroughly steeped in the Gaia religion with an anti-capitalist, anti-American worldview that recognizes greater rights for trees than for people.
Our ownership of private property is something that stands in the way of the socialist communist "from each according to their means, to each according to their needs" view. Christianity is of course another major road block to the socialists’ goals and thus must be replaced. No, I mean IT HAS BEEN REPLACED!!
Much of that is being done so subtly in the classrooms that it is not even noticed. But, "heaven forbid" if these children were to say a prayer thanking God for his wonderful creation and asking his forgiveness and mercy for our sins in this wonderful "outdoor" classroom! There would be lawsuits and front page stories condemning the practice of religion in a public school, while the Gaia (earth worship) religion is taught, is role played, and is free to flourish without restraint and without teaching the opposing Christian view. Gaia is welcomed with open arms and embraced! Of course it never is billed as instruction in Gaia religion, and isn't it just wonderful that these kids can enjoy their "outdoor classrooms"! Who could possibly argue with that?
Of course, Gaia is not only in the "outdoor" classroom. It's in the Math, English, and Social Studies classrooms as well! Most of the people such as the teachers and many unsuspecting parents that facilitate this subtle indoctrination have no clue how they are being used in this deceptive exercise.
Did anyone ever wonder why the United Nations socialist worldview has become so successful? Did you ever question why "Earth Day" celebrations are so important, particularly in the public schools?
SEE http://www.earthday.net/ OR http://earthday.envirolink.org/
Maybe you should, but you’d better not do it publicly! No more Christmas celebrations! No more Easter celebrations! No more anything Christian! But "earth day", Gaia or anything that will further the socialist worldview is welcomed with open arms and paid for with your tax dollars. Oh, how easily we can be deceived!
Now you know! Be on alert and watch for the teaching of Gaia in the public and even the private schools and ask your church to insist on nothing less than equal time for Christian instruction in the school. Believe me, if you did, it would be the equivalent of declaring war! Just try it!
"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children."
--Hosea 4:6
