Hooray for Bowling Green (Property Rights)!

I was delighted when I read the article in the January 17 edition of the Jefferson Review, entitled "Eminently outstanding," By The Bluegrass Institute.  With a bit of luck, and hopefully some levelheaded thinking by the United States Supreme Court (in the soon to be considered case of Kelo vs City of New London, CT), Bowling Green will be positioned to take a huge step forward in preserving PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS!

It seems that at least some Kentucky elected officials have an inkling of what it means to preserve our hard-won liberties, rights and freedoms.
