Jeff Smith on Flu shots

The gist of what people are saying isn't that John Edwards directly caused this.

The discussion surrounds the FACT that there are only 2 major manufacturers of the flu vaccine because Hillary Clinton and her husband's socialist policies removed most of the profit from making flu vaccines in their ever-militant efforts to socialize medicine. The result is that three major companies stopped manufacturing it. I don't blame them.

John Edwards involvement stems from him being an ambulance-chasing trial lawyer responsible for going after the health care industry types and becoming a millionaire in the process. It is trial lawyers like John Edwards, who have ruined the health care system in this country. Many doctors are changing careers over it and getting out of medicine completely. Therefore, John Edwards is considered to be part of the problem and not part of the solution. He should be ashamed to even talk of health care issues with his background.

Regarding flu shots, I am amazed at how sheep-like people are. I think flu shots are stupid, have never needed them, and don't want anything to do with them. I have seen people get flu shots and then get the flu. I am amazed at these sheep standing in line to get a shot they don't need for something they don't have and probably won't get, unless of course the shot gives it to them. The media tell the sheep there is a shortage so people can think we have a huge problem, probably so they can blame it on the Bush Administration like every thing else, and the sheeple go and stand in line like idiots! Now they are whining for big brother to do something about it. Amazing, the whole thing is amazing.

Is this just another problem created by politicians so they can have something to do, and can be our heroes?
