From: John Riley [JRiley8609@msn.com]
If you're not part of the 2000 standing together in this historic lawsuit,
then please be a part of and stand with 20,000 people who will grow to
200,000 people and more. Our strength will be in our numbers!
How often have you said or wondered; "When or why doesn't somebody do
something about this out of control government that continues to grow and
tax, and tax and grow."
How much of 100% of the fruits of your labor are you willing to give up to
feed this overgrown and over-powering government? How much debt will you
allow this government to pile on the shoulders of your children and
grandchildren?
When is the last time you read the US Constitution and compared it to the
actions of your government (both elected officials and the huge number of
appointed bureaucrats that have been amassed) who all must swear an "oath of
office" to protect and defend the Constitution? That "oath of office" far
too many times has been hollow to say the least and completely ignored at
the worst.
Enforcement of the "oath of office" is up to the people to whom the oath is
sworn; THAT IS YOU! If you don't demand that government officials take
their oath of office seriously (which we increasingly have not over the
years) then we can expect nothing less than government increasing their
reach outside of the bounds of the Constitution.
Insisting that our government obey the Constitutional restraints that are
imposed on it by US (We the People) must consist of more than us shrugging
our shoulders and saying "Well what can I do about it?"
Something can be done and something is being done and now you can join with
thousands of other concerned citizens to formally demand and formally
enforce the law and the Constitution so we can begin the difficult task of
returning this "servant" government to the confines of their Constitutional
authority.
All of us learned that our Constitutional Republic is a government "Of the
people, by the people and for the people." The only authority we have
granted to the government is that written in the Constitution. Yet more and
more often the people have lost control of government and far too often the
people fear the government, particularly the evermore powerful IRS!
We have become far too dependent on government and now government controls
the people instead of the other way around, and clearly the government steps
increasingly farther and farther outside of their Constitutional authority.
This will continue unless WE stand together in great numbers that can not be
ignored by the courts or by the media. We must stand in great numbers and
say "enough is enough" and demand that our government obey the Constitution
which they are required to swear an oath to do.
Please read the following and learn about the actions we have taken so far
and please join in this historic lawsuit and encourage as many people as
possible to do the same. Our strength will be in our numbers!
You can now do much much more than shrugging your shoulders and wondering
when or if someone will do something. That someone is you and the thousands
of others that have and will join this action!
The question is not "when will someone do something" the question is WILL
YOU? There is no charge to join in this lawsuit, therefore the cost
cannot be your excuse to do nothing!
Your willingness to help with a financial donation (however large or small)
will only serve to help in this history making effort and will be greatly
appreciated!
Thanks,
JR
