John Riley To: Michael Badnarik Campaign,
I'm sorry but you have lost my vote and my support for your campaign. Your support for the gay/lesbian movement marks the end of any reasonable hope for your campaign and is the reason I can not vote for or lend any further support for your campaign.
The article below is another overwhelming show of how out of touch you are with the voters on this issue. While I may agree with your positions on many other issues I can not (and an overwhelming majority of other voters agree) support your campaign in any way because of your position on this issue.
I am in no way a "one issue" voter; however, this one issue is more important to me (and the vast majority of voters) and outweighs anything else that I may like about your positions on other issues. I tried to point this out to you in earlier correspondence and supported your campaign only because you appeared (according to your website) to be taking more of a neutral position. Since then you have made it quite clear about your support for something that frankly has very little support. If it is the Libertarian position that abnormal is normal then there could be no limit to the absurd positions that you could take as a Libertarian.
The gay/lesbian movement agenda goes much farther than that of an issue of civil rights. They quite clearly want to "push" their lifestyle on others through the use of government force, misinformation, lies and deception. They clearly want to upend reality by making something that is clearly abnormal into something that appears to be normal and acceptable.
Reality is that it is both abnormal and unacceptable to all but them and those who are vulnerable to the deception. It also destructive to themselves and society as a whole if their agenda and deception is acceptable to those who may be in a position to lend them further support.
I wish you luck in your campaign and I respect your sincerity and willingness to enter the presidential race; however, you have no chance to gain any support with your position on the gay/lesbian movement. In fact you lost mine and that of anyone in my circle of influence.
My support has now moved to Michael A. Peroutka, the Constitution Party Candidate and I encourage all on this list to also consider supporting the Peroutka campaign!
Sincerely, John Riley Taylorsville, KY
