We need to get the word out on this ... I'm afraid the Montgomery Inn may not be large enough!

 

Dear Board Members,

 

I am pleased to inform you all that we have secured Chief Justice Roy Moore from Alabama for our dinner speaker on Sept. 23.  This is a major speaker for us.  He is the judge who refused to remove the Ten Commandments from his courtroom.  A board member has already generously offered to pay for half of his speaking fee which totals $15,000.  We are still looking for other sponsors. 

 

We have booked the Montgomery Inn Banquet Center again.  We are aiming to have 400 people.  In order to raise money for our candidates in November we will need your help.  We are asking each board member to sell a minimum of 2 tables - that's 10 couples.  This will not be a success without your help. Thank you in advance.  I will mail you packets in July for you to start promoting the event.  September is not too far away!
