Wednesday,June2,2004. Citizens are welcome. There will be an attempt to pass a budget. In this budget is an item which proposes to spend $74,000 on helping the director do a better job and have people get along better. I believe this to be outrageous and unnecessary. $40,000-$50,000 has already been spent on this. It was originally proposed to be $5000-$10,000. This amount troubled me because I feel a director who is paid around$100,000 should take care of issues that arise. His own behavior has been questioned and we currently are spending tax money to defend him in a court action.$7100 is also being proposed to put on a retreat to make us all get along better. What a waste! I never want to get along with some of the members and I will not until they think like we do. I would like citizens of N.Ky to get word of these unbelievable expenditures.    Charlie
