Can You Say Hypocrisy?

By Jeff “Mario” Smith

Guerilla Reporter

Always given prominent space in the LEFTington Heraldo-Liberal news rag, leftist Kathy Stein, Democrat from LEFTington on the House side, writes of perceived “vote buying” tactics of her ideological opponents on the Senate side of the Kentucky Legislature. She says, in the April 6th Kentucky Voices portion of the Heraldo-Liberal editorial pages, http://www.kentucky.com/mld/heraldleader/news/opinion/8364594.htm  that the budget bill was passed out of committee “in less than an hour, with no public debate or input whatsoever.”

This comment comes from one of the most leftist of liberals on the House side of our legislature who just this past week strongly supported a perverted pro-marriage definition bill, SB245, which was bastardized by her liberal allies to exclude prohibition of civil unions, and had an amendment added to set the bill up for failure in the courts. She voted for liberalized SB245 to disallow a public vote on the amendment proposal, a sham by anyone’s definition.

This bastardization of SB245 was designed to keep it off the upcoming November ballot as a Constitutional Amendment vote, whereby public input could prevail. Hmm, all of a sudden, Stein, when it is convenient and makes the “other side” look bad, wants to carry the banner of “public input”. As Sergeant Shultz, of Hogan’s Heroes fame would say, “Very Interestink!” I call it hypocrisy, but then again, does not hypocrisy define the platform of liberals anyway?

Liberals say they support our troops, yet they denigrate every move of their Commander In Chief because they want to have someone from “their side” in the White House. They call it patriotism, but I call that a lie. Stein even had the POW MIA flag removed form the Old Courthouse in LEFTington, claiming it “represents extremists”.

Left leaners call for “choice”, as long as that choice is the mother’s choice and not the baby’s choice. I call it murder for convenience. They think guns taken from law-abiding citizens equals less crime, yet the facts and statistics prove otherwise. I call that just plain stupid.

Liberals believe in socialism, or the redistribution of wealth, as long as it is someone else’s wealth getting redistributed, and that usually comes from the hardest working of Americans while the lazy enjoy their fruits. I call that a crime. At least Jesse James had a gun! As if taxation for social engineering isn’t bad enough, they also give hard working American’s tax dollars to illegal aliens. What is that all about anyway?

Our Constitution correctly disallows the State establishing a state religion. Leftists like Stein have perverted that simple statement into a “separation of church and state” and use it to push any visible recognition of Christianity from public view even though our founding fathers wrote and spoke vociferously of Christian values and our “One Nation Under God”. I call that anti-Christ.

Stein introduced a bill this session to further impede the freedom of home-schoolers to educate their children in the manner in which they choose and fortunately, the bill went nowhere. In her ever vigilant way, Stein epitomizes the leftism that has taken over LEFTington, a city more concerned with trampling on the rights of property owners and smokers, and giving health benefits to non-married partners of city workers, than carefully spending taxpayer dollars in such a way that public safety workers won’t seek employment elsewhere after “we the taxpayer” have paid for their training.

One could write volumes on the hypocrisy of the liberal non-value system, but all of that is obvious to even the most relaxed of observers. However, when Stein gets prominent space in the local liberal news rag to spout her rhetoric, this liberty loving American just has to speak up.
