I got an interesting response from a leading scientist who studies air quality and emission testing.  He is about to testify before the AQCC in March and again is stating scientific evidence that the EPA is generating more pollution through bad science. He has proof and I have copy of his presentation. Please pass this along to Secretary Wilcher as I have no email address for her.

This was his response to me.

There are several scientists who believe that the last thing you should do if you want to lower ozone is lower NO emissions without lowering HC emissions a lot more. Or better yet don't lower NO emissions at all. I would guess that a lot of Louisville's recent? Ozone problems stem from doing exactly that. Attached is a presentation I am giving to the AQCC on March 11 which amongst other things says DON’T LOWER NOx. Dr. Doug Lawson of NREL ex of CARB is an independent photochemist who shares this opinion.
