Dear Ron,

I appreciate your  phone call last night . I  regret  that I was too hoarse to talk and too stopped up to hear.....

I want to say I am opposed to letting people have a drivers license without a picture on religious grounds, Or ANY grounds.  A  drivers license is an identification device, and a picture is the best simple , cheap,  way to identify  someone  that we can use.  Religion  has been used for an excuse for  doing all kinds of bizarre stuff......"The road to HELL  was paved with good intentions!"

ALSO,
I know the newspaper is biased, so  they " spin" everything, however but  I hope Gov Fletcher will put his plans in writing so  we will know what is going on and  how he plans  to make things better.  I think he should  post the state Financial  Books  on the Internet,  so everyone can
SEE for themselves where our money is "Coming from" and "Going To".  The Governor promised to clean up the " mess" and restore honesty and integrity to  state Govt. He would sure  gain alot of respect and restore  the trust  of the citizens, if he  would open things up for all to SEE!!!
How about Proposing this wonderful idea  to the rest of the Legislature?

Regarding his " plan":
I think  that sales taxes are better than income tax, becasue it does not punish success.  Of Course,  I  dislike  Taxes in general, becasue they take money from individuals who have earned it and give it  to people  who have not.  This process should be reserved for DARN FEW  legitimate government functions!!

As always;
For Smaller, more efficient, less costly, less intrusive government.
