VET legislation in KY We are hearing from a reliable source that Senator Roeding's SJR3 is DOA. Current politics in Frankfort is anything the other side's leadership wants, we are blocking. We need calls to 1-800 372-7181 to tell Jody Richards, Rocky Adkins, Larry Clark and our own Jim Callahan to hear or sponsor a bill to emision testing in N KY. Visit our web www.vetothevet.com
HOUSE members: CAN YOU REFILE NEW BILLS, ATTACHED WORDING TO OTHER BILLS AS AMENDMENTS ? iF THE Democrats are going to block this effort, let make sure they get the credit for it up here next November. Someone is going to be taking the blame for this come November. {Especially is Louisville is not forced back into testing as it appears.} Facts to stress: 1) Contract is Unconstitutional. 2) Evidence shows testings is not what has or will clean up our air? If the EPA has evidence, show us or end the tests while they get it. 3) EPA has reduced from 2 tons to .6 tons per day VOC in N KY for testing, CAN you find where and how they adjusted our SIP or does clean air NOT matter to EPA/Natural Resources? That is 584 tons VOC that has never come out of our air annually. 4) Has any Title V Permits been issued based on Emission Testing Credits in our area's SIP ? To WHO? 5) It appears the Altanta meeting with EPA/Louisville folks may have provide them once again the opportunity to END TESTING...How is that going to play in November when we don't? It is Time to Play HARD BALL ?
Sincerely for Clean Air,
