Men: How to Pummel Old Age and Please Your Wife

This "miracle cure" helps you increase muscle mass and grow lean again. It helps you burn body fat and turn heads on the golf course.

It sharpens your memory, focuses your mind, and banishes depression...

It can even improve your marriage by boosting your power and virility...

No, it's not some side effect laden drug, it's a natural chemical your body flooded you with when you became a man. The problem is, your body stops the flow as you age. Now, learn how your body can naturally produce this "miracle cure" again:

1. Two Cents: Where Were They When Judge Moore Made His Stand?

Last week, the newly elected, liberal Democratic Mayor of San Francisco, Gavin Newsom, ordered City Hall to allow homosexual couples to obtain marriage licenses. Problem is, the state of California has a law forbidding same-sex marriage. The law came into existence as an initiative approved by the people of California in 2000 with over 60 percent of the vote.

Because he didn't like the law, as passed by the people of the state, Mayor Newsom decided that he had the authority to throw the state books out the window and permit his local government to flout the law of California.

One of the most interesting aspects of this fiasco is how the media has responded. In response to Mayor Newsom's abject disregard for the law and utter contempt for the will of the people of California, did the liberal editorial boards of newspapers across the nation condemn his actions?

Did they treat him with complete disdain as they did Judge Roy Moore who placed a Ten Commandments monument in the Alabama Supreme Court building?

Nope.

Instead, they praised him for taking a "bold" stand.

2. Headlines and Highlights from HUMAN EVENTS ONLINE:

"BUSH VOWS TO VETO HIGHWAY BILL"

"If that legislation comes to his desk, the President will veto it," White House Spokesman Scott McClellan told reporters February 13, regarding the $318 billion highway-spending bill that overwhelmingly passed the Senate the day before. "The President has made it very clear that we need to fund our important priorities like winning the war on terrorism, protecting the homeland and strengthening our economy, and that we need to hold the line on spending elsewhere in the budget."

McClellan's words may have put Bush in the fast lane to his first veto and a major confrontation with the GOP Congress on a budget issue: http://www.HumanEventsOnline.com/article.php?id=3091

"SANTORUM WANTS SENATE TO INVESTIGATE DEMOCRATIC NOMINATIONS MEMORANDA"

Sen. Rick Santorum says he wants an investigation of the content of controversial memos produced by the Democratic staff of the Senate Judiciary Committee to determine whether the Democrats committed any wrongdoing in their efforts to block President Bush's judicial nominees. Meanwhile, Majority Leader Bill Frist and Senate Judiciary Chairman Orrin Hatch appear content to let Senate Sergeant-at-Arms William Pickle investigate only how the memos came into the hands of Republican staffers--a probe that was inspired by the Democrats, serves the interests of the Democrats, and turns attention away from the far more serious question of whether the Democrats did anything improper in their efforts to thwart conservative nominees.

Why aren't more GOP senators like Santorum? Read more here: http://www.HumanEventsOnline.com/article.php?id=3090

"LEAKED MEMOS EXCERPTS"

Here are three telling excerpts from leaked memos produced by the Democratic staff of the Senate Judiciary Committee. One explains why the Democrats thought Miguel Estrada was "dangerous," another why the nomination of Julia Gibbons for the 6th Circuit was delayed, a third why Dennis Shedd was confirmed to the 4th Circuit, but only after the 2002 election: http://www.HumanEventsOnline.com/article.php?id=3089

"DOES CLONING BREAK ALL TEN COMMANDMENTS?"

Our Editor, Terry Jeffrey, writes this week: "There are those who argue that 'therapeutic' cloning--in which a human embryo is cloned and killed--is a great advancement for the human race. But when I read the recent 'Science' article describing how researchers in South Korea had cloned human embryos, it occurred to me that cloning might be the perfect sin. It just might break all Ten Commandments at once."

"STOLEN CARS STREAM SOUTH OF BORDER"

Through database work, Houston police want to stem the flow of an estimated 200,000 vehicles that vanish south of the border each year. "The NAFTA freeway makes it so easy and inexpensive for them to just steal the car and drive it down from Houston to Guatemala," said Lt. Victor Rodriguez of Houston's auto theft division. "They can do it for $100 in gas, and there are very few checks."

3. Hillary: Dishonest, Grasping, and Corrupt

"This is a woman who's been first lady, who's lived in the White House and shared power with a president," says one of Hillary's fellow Senators. "Her ambition is not the Senate leadership. . . . It's obvious she has a much greater goal in mind. Her ambition is the White House, with all the moves to prepare the way."

Now, R. Emmett Tyrrell and Mark Davis reveal in "Madame Hillary: The Road to the White House" that not only is Hillary determined to be President: she has the power, the influence, and the determination to attain that goal.

Tyrrell details her plans to capture the presidency -- with help from the liberal media establishment, which continues to treat her adoringly and ignore uncomfortable questions about her record. He explains how she distorts the Clinton administration's sorry record in order to position herself for her own run for the Oval Office, forecasts the damage that a President Hillary might inflict upon the nation -- and best of all, shows how she can be stopped.

4. Jihad Watch: End War on Terror. Fight War on Mujahedin

Bush has made himself vulnerable to criticism by speaking in vague terms of America's foes as "evildoers" and a "network of haters." Only in connection with foreign fighters in Iraq has he ever used the word "jihadists."

If he began to use the word "jihad" the way those he identifies as terrorists and evildoers do, he could in one stroke remove charges of opportunism and lack of focus from the Democrats' arsenal.

For this is the war we're in. Why not acknowledge that the war on terror is a defensive action against global jihadists?

This week's entire Jihad Watch is here: http://www.HumanEventsOnline.com/article.php?id=3075

5. Political Roundup

EVANS & NOVAK: Bob Novak this week writes that "Democrats won another victory in the judge battle. Senate Democrats had already succeeded in killing the nomination of lawyer Miguel Estrada to the D.C. Circuit Court, and last week they knocked top GOP aide Manuel Miranda out of his job with the Senate majority leader. Miranda had been at the center of the surveillance of Democratic memos that documented collaboration with liberal activist groups on the filibuster strategy led by Sen. Edward Kennedy. Miranda resigned when it was clear neither his boss, Majority Leader Frist, nor his former boss, Judiciary Chairman Orrin Hatch, would stand behind him. Hatch's initial cooperation with the probe into the leaking of these documents set the ordeal in motion." http://www.HumanEventsOnline.com/article.php?id=3086

POLITICS 2004: Political Editor John Gizzi this week covers the "Blood Feud" going on in California today between former Rep. Robert K. Dornan and Rep. Dana Rohrabacher. Dornan has been vocal and bitter about his forced retirement from politics. Counted out by a much-disputed 984 votes from his Orange County district in 1996--ballots Dornan has long maintained were illegally cast by non-citizens--the conservative firebrand was badly beaten two years later in a rematch with Democrat Loretta Sanchez. "An investigation of the '96 election overseen by [then-House Administration Committee Chairman Bill Thomas] found votes cast by 1,499 non-citizens, but nothing was ever done about it," Dornan mentioned recently. "And in 1998 [then-House Speaker] Newt Gingrich and the Republican Party abandoned me." Dornan will not go gently into the night. Last year, on the last day of the filing period for the March 2 primary in California, Dornan stunned pundits, pols and the public by launching a challenge to his fellow conservative GOPer, eight-term Rep. Dana Rohrabacher. http://www.HumanEventsOnline.com/article.php?id=3084

6. From PAGE 3 -- Kerry vs. Kerry On Gay Marriage

If the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court didn't guarantee that gay marriage would be an issue in this year's presidential campaign, San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom (D.) has. Last week, with Newsom's approval, San Francisco authorities processed more than 2,600 gay marriages in defiance of California state law.

A senior White House official told the Washington Times San Francisco's actions had moved the President toward making an announcement about a Federal Marriage Amendment "sooner rather than later."

Meanwhile, Democratic Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, the President's likely opponent, has tried to have it both ways on the marriage issue. He has repeatedly said he opposes gay marriage, but has voted, acted and spoken in ways that advance the gay-marriage cause.

We have a sampling of Kerry's record on the issue: http://www.HumanEventsOnline.com/article.php?id=3092
