Rand Paul, Chairman of KY Taxpayers United, will speak to the Louisville Libertarians on Feb. 12, 2004 6:30 p.m. at the Executive Inn.  The meeting is open to the public. 

Dr. Paul is an ophthalmologist in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and his organization has been rating the fiscal responsibility of Kentucky elected officials for many years.  His father, Ron Paul, is a Republican Congressman from Texas.  Paul plans to speak on the subject of tax reform.
