New EPA MOBILE6 statistics and studies report that 95% of future reductions in pollutants will come from technogy & only 5% from I/M testing programs. STATES all over are preparing themselves to kick the testing out...lets be the first !!(actually 3rd Fla. & Minn. have done so)
