TX:  City repeals smoking ban.  The Austin City Council on Thursday
repealed a 5-month-old smoking ban that never went into effect,
passing a revised ordinance that will allow smoking in restaurants
and bars to continue.

It's official…  let politicians know that TX has more sense and made a wise choice…  let people make up their own minds what to do on their property, and allow the public to choose where to spend their money.
