Terry,

I've been a subscriber to the daily Courier Journal for most of my adult
life.  I canceled my subscription last month because I grew WEARY of
seeing the CJ's agenda being reported as NEWS on the front page.

I got the paper to read about the NEWS beginning with the most important
/ relevant news on the front page.  When asked about this last Thursday
at our monthly Libertarian meeting, Al Cross replied that the CJ leaves
national and international news to the wire services (AP, etc.) and they
don't have the staff to cover it!

I just read your article "Happy Birthday America......."  and  am pretty
much  in agreement with your take on things at the Courier Journal.  It's
the mixing of news and editorial on the front page that finally got me to
quit. I'm reading the WSJ daily now and feel that I have a much better view of
what's happening in the world.

Enjoy reading "editorials" on you site.  Keep up the good work.
