A
bit of logic in a sea of madness
Ed
Lewis
There is much now being said and written about Supporting Our Troops, but it is
being used as a war cry and in support of an unconstitutional and inhumane
unjust attack against people who have done nothing to harm the American people.
What
is the proper purpose of maintaining a military? Is it to force other countries
to go along with whatever dictates the US Government elitist controllers wants
in force around the world? Is it to preemptively attack innocent people and
slaughter them with weapons against which neither they – nor we – have any
defense?
No,
the only proper purpose for a military is during times of need to defend our
shores against invasions by both domestic and foreign invasions. At all other
times, there is not to be a standing army, only a Navy.
And
what of our shores? Are our shores secure under the current regime in America?
Not hardly. Our shores are as wide-open as if the US Government wanted
invasions by foreigners – or the appearance of invasions by “foreigners”
conducting acts of terrorism.
Are
the people secure from invasions foreign and domestic? As this is written, the
FBI is planning on all sorts of operations against terrorism. Have we forgotten
the complete ignorance of the FBI and other government alphabet organizations
about the attack on WTC and the Pentagon?
The
military organization that is paid to protect our shores is overseas for
purposes that in reality have nothing to do with “protecting our shores”.
Instead, organizations that have repeatedly invaded our shores – US Government
organizations – are being let loose amongst us with carte blanche permission to
do anything they desire, from imprisoning people innocent of any crimes to
removing them to other countries for torture.
Have
we forgotten the purpose for the 2nd Amendment? The militia the
founders spoke of IS the people. Justice Joseph Story, in his highly
esteemed Commentaries on the Constitution (1833) described the militia in this
manner:
“The
militia is the natural defense of a free country against foreign invasions,
domestic insurrections, and domestic usurpations of power by rulers. It is
against sound policy for a free people to keep up large military establishments
and standing armies in time of peace, both from the enormous expenses, with
which they are attended, and the facile means which they afford to ambitious and
unprincipled rulers, to subvert the government, or trample the rights of the
people. The right of a citizen to keep and bear arms has justly been considered
the palladium of the liberties of the republic, since it offers a strong moral
check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers, and will generally,
even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist
and triumph over them.”
The
purpose of the militia is actually the duty of the people to act in their own
defense, to defend against invasions on their rights – whether foreign or
domestic – as human beings living in liberty, not under the rule of government
as “subjects”.
"The militia is composed of free citizens*. There is therefore no danger of
their making use of their power to the destruction of their own rights, or
suffering others to invade them." -- Samuel Adams
"Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who
approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright
force. Whenever you give up that force, you are inevitably ruined" -- Patrick
Henry
We
see there is a sort of coalition to protect our rights. There is the US
Military, with the task of protecting our shores during an imminent attack or
attack, and the militia – the people – to protect within the many states. The
people themselves must arise to the occasion if they truly believe in liberty
and the freedom of man to make his own choices and not be under government
rule. From the militia, the military will then be formed and will be under the
jurisdiction of the US government.
So,
why hasn’t the militia been called up? Just as an armed citizenry is the best
protection against crime – a fact that is proved annually millions of times
around this union of states and the world – so is an armed and ready citizenry
the best defense against acts of terrorism and foreign/domestic invaders.
Think. How can the military spread all over the world do the job of protecting
our shores, and how can a few thousand US Government alphabet organizations
protect internally in every area of the many states? Consider especially the
fact that these same organizations have been usurping the rights of the people
for decades and – once again – these same organizations were in the dark about
WTC.
Therefore, if one is determined to support the troops, the best support to give
them is to force the US Government to return them to their country to do their
constitutional duty. That is patriotism. Patriotism is not supporting the
upcoming slaughter of innocent people who have done absolutely nothing to harm
us.
Mark
Twain (Samuel Clemens) had this to say, and it is as true today as it was then:
"To be a patriot, one had to say, and keep on saying, 'Our Country, right or
wrong,' and urge on the little war. Have you not perceived that that phrase is
an insult to the nation?
The true citizenship is to protect the flag from dishonor — to make it the
emblem of a nation that is known to all nations as true and honest and
honorable. And we should forever forget that old phrase — 'My country, right or
wrong, my country!'"
—
Mark Twain
Governments start wars; the people don’t. Governments always have hidden
agendas as they invariably end up being filled with people who are greedy for
financial rewards and the evil lust for power over people. In this union of
states, the government hasn’t any authority to govern the people but has been
given specific duties. We people have ignored this.
Now,
because of multiple lies told by government, our troops are overseas meeting
exactly the need for pawns expressed by the traitor Kissinger. They are being
used as tools in order that the elite meets its goal of world dominion.
Oil
without a doubt is part of it – only fools and idiots believe otherwise -- since
one of the first objectives is to secure Iraqi oil fields for government special
oil interests. The quest for oil control as being number 1 is held concurrently
with that of scaring not only Iraq, but also other countries, into submission to
US Government dictates – the “shock and awe” program of intentional slaughter of
innocent people.
Thus, Plato’s observation made centuries ago surely has once again been proved
valid.
"The price good men pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by
evil men."
And
with evil men ruling, liberty is lost. The people of Germany found this out in
the 1930s, but we failed to learn from the past. However, those in and behind
government sure learned from the past – they learned how easy it is to fool the
people.

"Why of course
the people don't want war ... But after all it is the leaders of the
country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag
the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or
a parliament, or a communist dictatorship ... Voice or no voice, the
people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy.
All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce
the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger."
— Hermann Goering,
Nazi leader, at the
Nuremberg
Trials after World War II |
Thus, if you wish to truly support our troops, our country, and freedom, bring
our troops home to repel invasions by both foreign and domestic forces happening
right now as this is written.
