Mayor Abramson wants all city workers to cut down on their expenses.  Should they not engage in wasteful spending, the city stands to save $100,000 a year.  Isn’t it odd that the figure of $100,000 comes up?  That is exactly how much Lindy’s owes the city in a defaulted loan scam underwritten by Alderman Dan Johnson (D).  Maybe Johnson should cough up the $100,000.
