            Having recently read the book myself, I concur with this reviewer's opinions of it, as an extremely useful aide in putting the puzzle of history together.

            Trent Lott was recently sacrificed at the altar of Political Correctness, for daring to utter his personal opinion, that, if people had listened to (and voted for) Strom Thurman some 60 odd years ago, the country would now be better off. [Though, in what way, or ways, he never really expounded on.]

            Rather, in my own humble - and politically incorrect opinion, if people had listened to (and heeded) Murray Rothbard some 60 odd years ago, we might actually be a free Republic today - with REAL money, instead of paper IOUs.

            BTW, your readers might also like to check out this site as well, to see at least one consequence we might have avoided, as a result of paying attention to Rothbard.
