I applaud Betty Baye’s Thanksgiving day article expressing concern that the recent anti-terrorist legislation is eroding some of our Constitutional rights.  Do you think it is possible that she will actually read the Constitution and begin to support it in its entirety, including the right to keep and bear arms  (2^nd Amendment), the restriction of the federal government to the powers enumerated in the Constitution (9^th Amendment), and states’ rights (10^th Amendment)?  Somebody needs to tell Baye that the Constitution is a package deal.  If she wants it to be there to protect her, she needs to stop trashing it and promoting its erosion.
