Candidates Northup and Conway Refuse to Answer Questions on VET

Since many of our readers are very interested in the issue of vehicle emissions testing (VET), we sent the congressional candidates Northup and Conway a short questionnaire, asking them questions on that subject, including whether the VET had any effect on air quality and whether they supported continuing the VET or ending it.  We were looking forward to sharing those responses with you.  However, neither candidate has responded.
