What is a real American? by John William Kurowski, Founder of American Constitutional Research Service I am a real American, and am proud to say what I stand for: I believe in the protection of others lives, liberty and property rights; That my federal government has been established by a constitution to protect the lives, liberty and property rights of its citizens from foreign and domestic assault; That those elected to public office under our federal Constitution are vested with enumerated powers to fulfill their duty to protect the lives, liberty and property rights of its citizens from foreign and domestic assault; That powers granted by the federal constitution contain no allowance for the force of government to be used for the advantage of some while neglecting others, nor used to make distinctions based upon arbitrarily chosen criteria; That the federal constitution has been agreed upon by the people, through their ratification, and then sworn to be upheld by those who hold public office; That it has become quite fashionable these days for those who hold public office to ignore their oath to abide by the rules enumerated in the federal Constitution, and they use the force of government taxation for the advantage of some while neglecting others, by making distinctions not recognized by the Constitution; That income taxation is the worm at the root of the tree by which tyrants in government take the property of one and transfer it to another; That because of income taxation, tyrants in government, and unconstitutional distinctions made by tyrants in government, a privileged domestic class has emerged in America which now criminally feeds from America’s federal treasury; That foreign nations have likewise emerged as a privileged class by the unconstitutional anointment of folks in government and also criminally feeds from America’s federal treasury;
That those elected to public office having been vested with powers enumerated in a written constitution to fulfill a duty to protect the lives, liberty and property rights of its citizens from foreign and domestic assault, have yielded to subversive domestic and foreign influences which seek, and do, criminally feed from America’s federal treasury, in spite of the prohibitions contained in a written constitution and folks in government having sworn to protect the lives, liberty and property rights of their citizens; THEREFORE: The coming election for real Americans will not be about conservative vs. liberal, nor Republican vs. Democrat, it will be a time for patriotic Americans to work to identify those in Congress who are in rebellion against our Constitution and work to remove these scoundrels from office; a time to expose those who give financial or other support to these tyrants, and then excoriate them for the accomplices they are; a time to begin the process of taking back our nation, and recognizing those who are likewise real Americans___ a fundamental common goal among real Americans being, to support and defend the intent of the Constitution of the United States, not as pretended by the Supreme Court of the United States or the Brotherhood of lawyers who have conned most Americans into believing it may mean whatever folks in government may want it to mean, but supporting what it meant as contemplated by those who framed and ratified the document, and is to be found in the historical record from their own lips and hand, when our nations’ leaders were statesmen and not tyrants with pens. http://www.law.indiana.edu/ilj/v72/no3/berger.html
