Speaking of morons, I didn't attach the copy.
Here's an interesting, and true story from a friend of ours in FL.
Hiya Bob !
Thanks for the great e-mails you've been forwarding! They get more mileage than
you know!
I have my own "Moron" story...
About two months ago I was subpoenaed to attend the plea bargain arraignment for
the dirtbag that hit me and then ran from the scene. The judge related the
story of this idiot from the bench. It seems that he has had a life of crime
since the age of thirteen. He's (so far) spent 4 1/2 years in jail and then did
a solid ten years with NO TIME off for good behavior.
He has a rap sheet as long as your arm and pled guilty to felony hit-and-run as
well as another felony charge of impersonating a police officer.
It seems that this budding young brain trust (He's now 42 years old) went to
Palm Beach County's Dreyer Park a couple of weeks after he sent me to the
hospital. He went up to a man sitting in a car minding his own business, and
wrenched the car door open while loudly proclaiming "I'm a cop! Get out of the
car!" to which the car's occupant said "Oh Yeah? Let me see your badge!!!".
Mr. Moron produced a phony badge.
After eye-balling it, the person sitting in the car said to him,
"Hmmm.... you know, that doesn't look anything at all like MY BADGE!!!"
The rest is history...
Stay Well!
Jeff
