IT'S A DRIVER'S LICENSE, NOT A MUG SHOT

I have a few questions and I strongly object to the use of Kentucky Driver’s License photos in a so called “photo line-up” by the Kentucky State Police.

Will it only be Kentucky Drivers license photos used or will it include photos of drivers from Indiana?  If Indiana is included will it use only photos of those living south of Indianapolis,  or will it include all of Indiana?

I can remember crimes being committed in Kentucky by people from Ohio, so will it also include Ohio photos?

Not too long ago a murderer from New Mexico was captured in Kentucky, so will it include that state as well?  How about Tennessee, West Virginia and other states in the area, or will it include all 50 states?  How about Canada and Mexico?

The bottom line is I don’t want my freedom and privacy infringed upon in an effort to supposedly help law enforcement do a better job.
