Finding Terroristan - Mythical country, mythical war, mythical “leader”
By
Ed Lewis
It is possible that
readers are tired of reading the opening statements of this essay. However, in
the event of new readers, it is deemed necessary. Also, lending to this
decision is that the federal government continues to act as if it does NOT know
there is a Constitution. And, what if one a member of that government happens
to read it and it actually induces him to read the Constitution? Besides,
these facts are of such importance that I do not believe they can be
overstated. So, please bear with me.
Although Congress, the Judicial Branch, and most of America has either forgotten
or has never known, the president of the US Government hasn't any authority to
declare war nor to take any military action in another country without a
declaration of war by Congress or a Letter of Reprisal granted by Congress.
In
order for Congress to make such a declaration or grant such a letter, the enemy
must first be clearly identified. If the enemy cannot be identified, then
neither war nor a Letter of Reprisal may be declared or issued. The president
in his role as the executive officer of the US Government Corporation must
assure that these provisions of the Constitution are not violated. It is NOT
his duty to break down the basic structure of our Republic, as this falls into
the realm of treason against the united Republics.
The
primary duty of the Executive Branch is to see to it that laws are properly
executed, while assuring that unconstitutional laws are not passed and – if
passed – never enforced except in the jurisdiction of the US Government. And,
that, Fellow Americans, does not include the many Republics.
It
is apparently beyond his concept that no laws may be passed affecting the
sovereign of this country, that laws may only be applied as specified in the
Constitution.
But,
it is just as apparent that the judicial branch seems to know as little about
its duties and the limitations of the US Government's authority as the White
House occupant.
And,
to top it off, the members of Congress do not know the limitations of their
power, nor their duty to the American people. So, what are we – the people of
this failing Republic – left with?
It
seems that we are left with a bunch of people who intend on this country
operating as a monarchy with government having plenary control over the people.
It is obvious they do not have an inkling of their authority or the purpose of
having three distinct and separate branches of government. The current
processes undertaken by the federal government – and followed closely by State
and political subdivision governments - is to force the allegedly free people of
this country to act as subjects to the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial
branches of the federal, state, and lesser corporate governments.
Either that or the whole bunch of them know exactly what they are doing and are
doing it in spite of the limitations placed on them by the US Constitution.
If
their actions are because of ignorance, then we can educate them and – if they
don't fall into submission to the dictates of the Constitution – then exercise
the alternative.
The
alternative? If members of government know - or profess they know - the
Constitution inside and out, then the alternative is that we impeach them for
treason. Following their convictions in an Article III court of the
Constitution and the punishment for treason carried out, then we replace them
with American truly patriotic people who not only know the Constitution, but
understand the intent of the Constitution and will obey its intent as
described in the writing making up the document.
We
have recently had many examples of those in government either being ignorant of
the Constitution or intentionally committing treason. In looking at this, let's
consider a recent speech given by the White House occupant to a group of
veterans (about 100,000) and their families in Montana.
In
that speech, Bush stated the he was going to talk about a new and deadly menace
to our country –Terroristan –and claimed it to be a country. Then, he claimed
that Terroristan is the ultimate focus of evil; the meridian and zenith of evil;
and the hypotenuse of evil. He also claimed that we – meaning he and his boys –
don’t know where it is.
One
would think if he knew all the above, that he would know where the country is.
But, this is not the case since neither he nor any of his gang knows where the
focus of evil of the world is. Nor do his writers know that the focus and the
hypotenuse cannot be one and the same. (Hypotenuse: The side of a right
triangle opposite the right angle. Focus: A fixed point). This may have been
a feeble attempt to make the president sound as if he has an excellent command
of the English language but, as usual, it failed miserably.
Anyway, the man went ahead to read that we – meaning he and his
politico/military/industrial buddies – were first going to find out where
Terroristan is. According to the fearless leader who avoided being in the two
major conflicts that occurred during his life when obligated to defend this
country, they are going to look in Asia, Europe, Africa, South America,
Australia, the North Pole, South Pole, or - Lord help us - up in the
stratosphere (Yeah, as if any terrorists other than the US Government has terror
producing equipment flying around in the stratosphere). At any rate, wherever
it is, he has sworn they are going to find it, dead or alive, and then make sure
it is dead.
Just
a thought, but if he and the intelligence/military communities do NOT know where
Terroristan is, just where the hell are our troops – those people hired to
protect our shores?
Then, Bush made this statement in his speech to the many veterans and their
families:
"Only when we
have taken out Terroristan can we be sure of permanent peace and security for
our country. And, although that may be a lesser matter, peace and security for
the whole world. I ask you, with complete confidence, men women, children and
great-grandchildren of America, to give me you unwavering support in this great
endeavour."
(Reported by Michael Wharton, “The Last Enemy”, Daily Telegraph London, 1/3/02 –
hence, endeavor spelled formally as “endeavour”)
So,
now the US Government is looking for a mythical country called Terroristan. It
is the focus of all terrorism on Earth in the opinion of Bush. Thus, we have a
mythical war. Attacking other countries in which war has never been declared is
a mythical (meaning “imaginary” or “fictitious”) war. It is intended to meet
agenda besides the defense of our shores and the American people since Congress
has not declared war. If the enemy can’t be identified, then what – attack
every country on Earth? Isn’t that trial and error which leaves only carnage
and hatred behind?
Then, we have the US Congress giving amnesty to who knows how many aliens in
aiding Bush (being facetious) in his solution to terrorism. They know not who
they are, where they are, what they are doing in this country, nor whether they
are affiliated in any way with terrorism. How is this for excellent rational
thinking by the people in the federal government?
As
if this isn’t enough to spell the doom of this country – and perhaps the world –
the Supreme Court fails its duty and backs all the unconstitutional crap. For
Congress and the judiciary to back Bush – a man with a penchant for unlawful
secrecy (nowhere in the Constitution is it stated the president may keep things
from Congress and, hence, the American people) – it is unlikely we are going to
emerge from this created hunt for the mythical country of Terroristan without
serious bloodshed, both here and in other countries.
Not
only have Congress and the judiciary supported Bush; the two have respectively
passed or allowed numerous unconstitutional laws to be enforced. As has been
said, the laws do not constitutionally apply to the people of this country but
that means little when the feds are in the process of “disappearing” a sovereign
or holding a loaded automatic firearm to the sovereign’s head. They – either in
their ignorance; their own fear of those behind Bush; their own self-serving
interests; or for whatever reason – let Bush get by with unconstitutional acts
and ridiculous statements, including this one:
"I have a duty to protect
the executive branch from legislative encroachment." G. Bush, March 2002
Many
Republicans (and I suspect Democrats) opposed the amnesty legislation but voted
for it simply to avoid a confrontation with the White House, one of the dumbest
reasons in the world to make a decision that could negatively affect hundreds of
millions of people. Congressmen have been reported as having said privately
that they did so because of arm-twisting by the White House.
Whether they know it or not – and Bush apparently is oblivious to this fact – it
is the duty of Congress to encroach and monitor the executive branch at all
times and stop any actions beyond those specifically given the Executive Branch
in the Constitution. This is a 24-hour, 7 day a week job.
For
the love Pete, how can it make good sense to fight against foreign terrorists
and then allow our shores to be opened up to aliens? THIS IS STUPID, PEOPLE.
But, this ridiculous, stupid reasoning seems to be the primary characteristic of
those we have filled the hallowed halls of Congress with.
I am
wondering what is in the minds of Congress. It appears to me – and hundreds of
thousands of aware Americans – that amnesty has just been granted to potentially
3,000,000 or more potential terrorists. This is not in any way to reflect on
foreigners who have been properly allowed into our country. Again, if
government knows not who they are, where they are, their business in this
country, and other affiliations, then how could the Bush administration and
Congress possibly know that these people aren't terrorists or associated with
terrorists?
Then, there is the statement of Bush’s above – “…protect the executive office
against legislative encroachment.” Don’t he and Congress know this is a
three-branch government; that it is Congress’s job to rein in the president and
force the president to do his duty of protecting and upholding the
Constitution? How the hell did we get to the point that presidents issue orders
as if they are monarchs? Lord, but have we ever went wrong.
This
is sickening but the US has troops and other federal employees (CIA, for
example) in dozens of countries. These people are attacking the people of other
countries and killing people innocent of any attack against the people of this
nation. This is being done at the whim of an out of control president who has
extremely strong ties with the oil industry, pharmaceuticals, prison nutrition,
armaments, the CFR, Illuminati, illegal drug industry, and the IMF, to name a
few. All, however, increase his own assets.
Thus, we have a person in the Oval Office who is a warmonger in every sense of
the word. It is likely that one day he will be known as the man who led – not
hunted for – Terroristan and the world to near total destruction. After all, to
define a mythical country as the focus of terrorism is one of the most ignorant
objectives one can imagine.
Sadly, it is also one of the most deadliest, not only for people who have done
nothing to our country except refuse to go along with special interests of those
in government or behind the government, but also for all we hold dear in this
country. This is speaking primarily of freedom – Liberty – and the rights that
go along with living as lives as we see fit. Liberty is not being ordered about
by a man who hasn’t been able to discipline himself the majority of his life,
including the present (if falling over dead drunk and hitting his head is any
indication).
The
sum total of it is that we are not engaged in a war against terrorism.
The “war against terrorism” – or the mythical “Terroristan” (notice how Bush’s
writers try to keep people thinking of the Middle East, one of their current
target for continuing oil and illegal drugs for sale by the CIA) – seems to be
rapidly translating into the “war against the Constitution for the uniting of
the many Republics of this very real country.
Think about it. Aren’t the actions being taken more against the people of this
country and their freedoms than against any others? Are We, the People of the
united Republics of America, the people of Terroristan?
In
carrying out these acts, is Bush a leader as mandated by the Constitution? Or,
is he acting as a “fuehrer” – one who exercises the powers of a tyrant? You may
or may not agree, but it seems it is the latter, not the former.
Thus, we have a mythical (fictitious) war being fought against a mythical
(fictitious) country by a false (mythical) leader – a fuehrer – since all acts
taken by Bush have been outside the authority of the Constitution.
And
so the killing of innocents – including American soldiers – continues. And, for
what? Investigate this and get as angry as those who have studied or
participated in the hidden agendas of Bush (but now refuse to go along) and
those who back him behind the scenes (such as the hidden shadow government made
up of buddies of Bush, not elected officials of the people).
And,
then pray that those hidden agendas are not carried out.
