Argentina's Intellectual Collapse

Monetary Fund. The IMF always advocates higher taxes, never lower
spending. Then the IMF suggests devaluing the nation's currency, a
kind of one-shot hyperinflation that allegedly "stimulates" the
economy and encourages exports. This is "capitalism"?
