Charlie Puckett Defense Fund Has Been
Established

Last week, we published an article about Kentucky Militia head, Charlie
Puckett, whose home had been raided by the ATF, confiscating
his guns and his computer hard drive.
We have received the following information from Norm Davis about
the defense fund that has been established for Charlie:
Due to what certainly
appears to be an illegal action by the BATF upon Charlie Puckett there has
been a defense and proactive fund set up. The monies will go straight to
the bank with Norman Davis and Pastor Bill Wheeler signing the checks to
go to the attorneys.

The lead attorney in this
matter is Gatewood Galbraith of Lexington, KY. Others are offering their
assistance, and it will be utilized and appreciated. We have had 4
different attorneys all agree that Charlie will beat this and make the
BATF look rather incompetent. Your financial help
is needed to make this happen.
Bill and I both appreciate
Charlie's tireless endeavor to keep his group straight and law abiding. We
feel that he has been persecuted by a bunch of FBI wannabe's that can't
hold a candle to the real FBI that cleared him on his background check.
