Hidden agendas of the war that is not a
war

If we are not free to question
government, then we are not free.
Report
after report is coming out which seem to verify US Government, or those in
government, had prior knowledge to the attacks on the WTC. There is also
considerable evidence linking the Bush/Cheney/CIA coalition to the desire
of American oil interests to establish a pipeline across Afghanistan,
enough that the matter should be intensely investigated. It seems as if
every major player in the US Government, particularly those with past and
current ties to the senior Bush – and by association or directly with
the junior Bush – had an interest in creating other than Taliban control
in Afghanistan and in establishing martial law within the many States.
And,
yet, mainstream media in this country is essentially ignoring what the
media in other countries and many researchers are finding conclusive. Why?
Is it afraid to investigate the government? If so, why? Is it part of a
conspiracy to defraud the American people into giving up rights that are
associated with – and essentially define – Liberty? Since the
possibility exists, then is there the possibility that media moguls are
aiding and abetting an enemy or enemies of the American people?
We
must first consider the power of the President of the United States. What
authority does he have to commit military troops in foreign lands?
According to the Constitution of the united States of America, he has
none. Therefore, in committing troops to foreign actions, the President of
the United States committed an act of treason. Furthermore, because it is
only within the power of Congress to declare war, Congress likewise
commits treason when it allows a president to commit troops to foreign
lands.
If
this isn’t enough for investigation and then full disclosure to the
American people by the media, there is also the fact that a president may
not even issue a Letter of Marque and Reprisal, or make rules concerning
captures on land and water. This is also authority reserved only to
Congress. A Letter of Marque is a document allowing a private citizen of
one nation to seize individuals or goods of another nation and, about
Reprisal, to use political or military force without resorting to actual
war. Without a Letter of Marque or Reprisal issued by Congress, there is
no authority for pursuit of any individual in another country.
Therefore,
without a congressional declaration of war, or the granting of a Letter of
Marque or Reprisal, the President is powerless. Thus, actions in Iraq
(initiated by Bush the senior) and Afghanistan (Bush the junior)– to
name a couple – are acts of treason against the Constitution for the
united States of America and, hence, against the people of these many
States.
One
must always be suspect of what is printed or stated because of the control
the “elite” in government exercises over all forms of communicating,
including books, but especially that given out by mainstream media. The
fact is that the media is going to spin whatever the government desires
and ignore anything detrimental to those in government. This isn’t any
secret and has been well known for generations. In fact, Mark Twain stated
the dangers inherent in the media thusly:
“Do
not fear the enemy, for your enemy can only take your life. It is far
better that you fear the media, for they will steal your HONOR. That awful
power, the public opinion of a nation, is created in America by a horde of
ignorant, self-complacent simpletons …”
And,
thanked by one of the people with the expressed intent of establishing a
New World Order – a leading member of the Council on Foreign Relations
– as treasonous a group as has ever existed:
"We
are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time magazine,
and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings
and respected their promise of discretion for almost forty years. It
would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we
had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years.
But the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a
world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite
and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination
practiced in past centuries." - David Rockefeller, at a 1991
Bilderberger meeting. (My emphasis)
This statement is Rockefeller’s admission of the complicity of the media
to satisfying the intent of those joined with the Rockefellers of the
world intent on destroying the sovereignty of nations. It confirms the
media has been committing treason against the sovereign people in that it
has aided and abetted foreign powers, including the Federal Reserve
owners, and other established or foreign involved organizations, including
those of England, Germany, Israel, and within the District of Columbia.
Such organizations include the United Nations (a corporation), the Council
on Foreign Relations, the Illuminati, the International Monetary Fund, the
Bilderberger Society, and many Zionist organizations, to name a few.
The
media has further ignored ties of the Bush family, Cheney, and nearly all
the Bush political appointees, to the CIA and its major drug dealing,
major oil interests, other business entities it has huge investments in
– including the Carlyle Group, Enron, and BioPort, to name a few.
Look,
Folks, the list of ties of Bush to self-serving and special interest
groups, including oil, pharmaceutical, and banking, with ties to Israeli
and Jewish organizations, along with ties to extremist Islamics, could go
on with enough documentation to fill a volume possibly more voluminous
than USC 26, the Code that is responsible for stealing around 2 trillion
dollars annually from the American people. This can be easily demonstrated
with a few facts (taken from several different sources, including the
companies listed) concerning the BioPort/Anthrax/Carlyle/Unocal/US
Department of Defense/bin Laden family/Bush family/CIA ties.
Let
us first consider BioPort Corporation, the only corporation in the States
with a license to make the Anthrax vaccine. (This information is condensed

) BioPort
doesn’t make the vaccine but bought the lab that does, Michigan Biologic
Products Institute, from the State of Michigan in 1998. This purchase
occurred at the same time John J. Maresca, Vice President of International
Relations, UNOCAL Corporation, was telling Congress that access to the oil
reserves under the Caspian Sea required a new government in Afghanistan.
Admiral
William J. Crowe Jr. who was on the Joints Chiefs of Staff when the elder
Bush was setting up Osama bin Laden as a “freedom fighter”. It has
been alleged that the joint chiefs were selling weapons grade anthrax to
Suddam Hussein (yes, that one in Iraq who is supposedly an enemy of all
people on Earth) during this time. The good admiral – now retired – is
on the Board of Directors for BioPort Corporation and owns 13 percent of
its stock.
The
Carlyle Group, with an interest in the Afghanistan pipeline, owns stock in
BioPort Corporation. Bush, the elder, helps run BioPort and owns stock in
the Carlyle Group. And, not surprising after one studies government in any
depth, so does the bin Laden family. It now seems the bin Laden family is
planning on – or have – sold its interests. Whether that will cut them
out of the tremendous profits is not known since it would be relatively
easy to hide the profits through other means.
If
this isn’t enough to stimulate curiosity, the sole customer for the
Anthrax Vaccine is the US Department of Defense. Now, the stock owners of
BioPort and the Carlyle stand to make tremendous profits even though the
FDA has halted any distribution as the vaccine being produced is possibly
contaminated. How so?
The
FDA ban can be circumvented by emergency measures. Since the only customer
is the Department of Defense, the ban will drive up the price on the
Anthrax treatment and make investors in BioPort and Carlyle huge profits
as the treatment now costs the US taxpayer $690 while Cipro (India) sells
the treatment for $20 (at the time of the report). Sort of the same as
when a toilet seat cost $4 downtown but the government paid its favorite
supplier nearly $500 for exactly the same seat from exactly the same
company.
Does
the WTC event aid in any of this? The answer to that appears to be rather
obvious. The event first enabled the government to create the illusion
that bin Laden was responsible. This was needed to “justify” the
attacks in Afghanistan intended on destroying the Taliban government in
order that the pipeline deal could be resurrected providing an
“acceptable” government was established in Afghanistan. Such tactics
have been used in the past – or planned – to create sufficient public
outcry for war. This includes Pearl Harbor (successful) and the
military’s 1962 plan to carry out terroristic acts against American
people, both offshore and within the states, in order to gain public
support in attacking Cuba (not carried out). (Operation
Northwoods was submitted by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, March 13,1962,
to Robert McNamara, Defense Secretary under President John Kennedy.)
Are
you getting the picture? Unocal, the Carlyle Group and other US oil and
energy interests want the pipeline across Afghanistan and have been
working on it for several years. The Taliban governing the country would
not allow it, nor would it have anything to do with the UN. Thus, the
energy interests were blocked. This was the basis for the 1998 declaration
of Maresca to Congress that a new government in Afghanistan would be
required for the establishment of the pipeline.
At
the same time, it is clear that the only organization that can distribute
the Anthrax Vaccination is the Department of Defense and that the
Department will purchase the vaccine through BioPort Corporation. Of
course, the people alleged to have committed the WTC disaster are also
those alleged to be using Anthrax as a weapon. Should this ploy fail, then
the right wing radicals mentioned above – whoever they are – will be
blamed. No names – just a general category stained by government/media
generated negative connotations.
Add
this to the Anthrax scare. Anthrax has been around for a very long time
but few people have ever infected. In fact, before recent times, it
wasn’t even considered a threat, not even as a biological weapon. The
reasons for this are that only two countries can produce it in clean
enough form as a weapon – the US and Russia – and it is extremely
difficult to deliver as an effective biological weapon of mass
destruction.
But,
since the American people believe whatever mainstream media doles out,
there has been a concerted effort by the government to scare the hell out
of people in the States concerning anthrax. The Anthrax scare aids the
government in creating the illusion of impending Anthrax doom. This is
used to keep people fired up over ridding the world of terrorists by
festering fear of mass biological caused deaths. This scare tactic drove
the price of the vaccine up to its current level.
Furthermore,
the Anthrax scare project has been used in conjunction with the WTC
crashes to gain support for additional anti-terrorist measures (the same
as anti-freedom measures). These additional measures will be used in
firming up and expanding the anti-terrorist laws (based on
unconstitutional federal policing actions) that were created following the
1993 bombing of the WTC and the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Building,
measures that have quite likely been in the current form for the last
decade, if not longer.
The
scare additionally will aid the government in creating the fiction that
“right wing militant” groups are responsible. In fact, the puppet
media has already introduced this. This will allow extreme anti-terrorist
actions to be taken against any citizen who dissents against government.
Another
relationship of WTC to the Anthrax scare is that it is obvious the scare
was planned before the event. This conclusion is based on the fact that
Anthrax was gradually introduced to the people and that there had not been
enough cases to speak of. Then, after the event, the media immediately
became obsessed with it even though there still weren’t any cases.
Suddenly,
as the public was made more aware of Anthrax, a few cases started showing
up in the government controlled entity that every citizen is associated
with – the US Post Office. And, then in government offices – not many
or widespread – but just enough for the government/media to scream its
fears of mass infections to the public. The powers that be had merely
waited for the right opportunity to use the Anthrax scare tactic to force
(voluntarily comply with) increased constitutional violations upon the
people – and make it seem as if it was “for their own good.” The WTC
event gave the excuse and a source to blame, the alleged perpetrator of
the WTC attack. Just as William Randolph Hearst once said, “Truth is the
first casualty of war.”
The
media in this nation of free speech should be free to print or state the
facts – that is, if they weren’t either too scared to or enjoying some
financial or other perks for not doing so. Either way, whether voluntarily
or coerced into doing so, the media is aiding and abetting in multiple
unconstitutional activities, such as profiteering, extortion, conspiracy,
misprision of felony (when they know the truth but fail to report felonies
committed) and fraud of the American people. In other words, by helping
the government to aid and abet enemies of the people of the States –
including if the enemy is the government – they become part of the
conspiracy to destroy freedom.
Anyway,
here’s the point. There is more than ample verifiable information to
justify pulling out of all foreign countries – including Afghanistan –
until extensive investigations are completed by other than government
investigators. The implications of the information emerging is that the US
Government – or those in controlling positions – stand to profit
greatly from the bogus “war against terrorism”. Among those who will
profit are the president and vice president. If we get real for a change,
no person can intelligently deny there is a serious conflict of interest
between these two men and the security of the people of the many States,
not only through oil interests but also the pharmaceutical industry.
We
must not discount that every action thus far has been in violation of the
Constitution for the united States of America and – whether any in
government like it or not – the Constitution is the Constitution.
Officials are elected to serve the people and are not free to ignore it or
the rights of the people. They are not free to make law but only to
observe law, the supreme law to obey being the Constitution itself. Any
variance from constitutional law is an act of treason and they should be
gleefully prosecuted for this, just as law enforcement, judges and
prosecutors gleefully prosecute innocent people for crimes that do not and
cannot exist in this Republic. As was said by President Franklin Pierce in
his inaugural address:
“You
have a right to expect your agents [and political leaders] in every
department to regard strictly the limits imposed upon them by the
Constitution of the United States.”
We
not only have the right to expect officials to obey the Constitution; we
also have the duty to force them to whenever cause arises. If cause has
not now arisen, it is likely that recognition of the necessity will never
occur. You see, the dominant change is our society has been the emergence
of the constant commitment of treasons against the people of these united
States of America by those in government. What has not changed – and
what we must defend with our very lives if necessary – is the following
Supreme Court decision that has never been overturned:
“The
Constitution is a written instrument. As such, its meaning does not alter.
That which it meant when it was adopted, it means now.” South Caroline v
US, 199 U.S. 437, 448 (1905)
With
all the violations against the Constitution that are occurring, Folks,
don’t you really believe it is time that hidden agendas of those in
government be uncovered with the treasons that accompany the agendas fully
exposed, that the exposure must be followed by criminal charges being
filed (members of Congress can be arrested when on the way home and when
Congress is not in session) with immediate impeachment – or at least
prevented from any governmental function until convicted.
Hmm.
In fairness not shown to the American people in government-created courts
of equity, one should add to the last statement above – “or
acquitted.” This is with the provision that they can absolutely prove
themselves innocent of liberty-robbing legislation directed against the
sovereign, the people of these united States, just as we now have to prove
our innocence in government’s unconstitutional courts.
If
the time to reveal hidden agendas is not now – what would be a better
time? Are we to wait until hundreds of millions are dead if current
actions in other countries develop into World War III? Are we not at the
crossroads leading either to liberty or to servitude to government? Are we
once again going to ignore the warnings of our forefathers?
Alexander
Hamilton in Federalist Paper #8 warned us of men with such contradicting
programs as we are currently being exposed to:
"The
continual alarm on a state of continual danger will compel the people most
attached to liberty to resort for security to institutions which have a
tendency to destroy their civil and political rights. To be more safe,
they (the People) become willing to risk their freedoms."

note: While I am not inclined
to buy into conspiracy theories, there is no question that respect for
Constitutional limits is necessary in order to curb government excesses
and to protect our freedom.)
