Are we so blind?

Are we so blind that we fail to recognize the chains of slavery and tyranny, that we take oppressive measures as measures necessary to defend Liberty?

There are several facts that should have been made painfully obvious to even the most uninformed since the destruction of the WTC and the deaths of many Americans, the primary fact being that there isn’t any defense against determined “terrorists”.

It is just as painfully obvious that the founding principles of this nation are no longer in the vocabulary of Washington politicians, at least not in practice. In considering this, one must remember this nation was founded on firm religious beliefs that all men have rights granted by their Creator and beyond the control of mere politicians.

It is also understood that the rights of Man are the rights of all men, not just American citizens, that those rights preclude any interference up until one person (or nation) infringes upon the rights of another. This includes the right to believe as one wishes from the extreme of not believing in a Supreme Being to fanatical beliefs.

Since the Revolutionary War, the United States has been in several wars, even more conflicts, and has carried on bombing and subversive activities in Middle East countries. Were any to defend the God-given rights of Man and our shores or did this country’s financial giants and world banking interests instead put citizens at risk?

When a nation attempts to coerce other nations into its economic plan for the world at the potential destruction or distortion (becoming “westernized”) of religious beliefs, the government has forsaken its beliefs in God’s rights. The attempt is to coerce others to follow the beliefs of those who have positions of power founded and held by financial strength. Thus, God-given rights are sacrificed for the almighty dollar. Surely all in this nation can relate to this.

The US Government and people of this nation have additionally failed (or intentionally ignored in the case of the government) to recognize the use of force in other countries without a formal declaration of war is not only “terrorism”, but unconstitutional and against the laws of God. Has this contributed to the development of terrorism and war-hardened terrorists?

If one is old enough to recall, there weren’t any terrorists 40 years ago, or, at least, forces called “terrorists”. So, why did this method of warring develop? One might conclude it is because it relies on small forces hitting hard to disrupt normal actions of the people so attacked. Thus, terrorism risks a minimal number of soldiers at minimal cost. It is a form of guerrilla warfare, the same type the US Government conducts in other countries and, yes, in this country against citizens.

After the first event, increasing numbers of Muslims joined in acts of terrorism. The “taking out” of one, two, three or more terrorists, did little to stop it. In fact, the contrary resulted. It would seem that people such as Bin Laden are correct in that the occupation of his Holy Land, Saudi Arabia, by American troops beginning in 1991, not only shaped his thinking, but also influenced the thinking of others forming terrorist groups. Add to this that bombing and other actions in Middle East countries by non-Muslim nations led by the US have been going on consistently since the Reagan administration in the late 60s. Since that time, hundreds of thousands of Muslims have been killed or died with billions of losses in property.

And, yet, there has been no declared war. Actions appear to have been based on economics or political manipulations to affect leadership, and, hence, economic factors, in Middle East countries. The effects of war-like military actions based on economics and politics resulted in the creation of hundreds, if not thousands, of “terrorists”. It is a Holy War for Islamics being fought against injustice and pollution of Islamic beliefs, not merely armed conflicts.

Because it is a Holy War, the probability is high that additional actions by the United States against Muslims will result in additional numbers joining forces focused on destroying Satan symbolized by the United States of America. Bombs (or soldiers under orders to kill) do not distinguish between civilians and soldiers. Each civilian killed by US forces will add to the crimes against Islam beliefs since one rule of jihad is that civilians are not to be harmed. This is the primary fact that separates the radical Bin Laden from Muslims of less militant nature.

One might contend that if the US Government had not created havoc while destroying and occupying Muslim holy lands in the Middle East in order to gain oil advantages, the devastation of September 11th might well not have occurred. Bin Laden, blamed for the destruction of the WTC almost before the dust settled, was pushed over the edge (so to speak) when he perceived that American troops desecrated the Holy Land of Saudi Arabia in 1991. Let us not forget in our history that the American Indian reacted the same when Indian burial grounds were violated.

Add to this volatile mix statements by US politicians. Although many statements by members of Congress could have been used (they each had their say), statements by a Democrat, Zell Miller (Georgia) and a Republican, Mary Bono, Rep. Palm Springs, were selected as being indicative of congressional thinking and why this country is in such a God-awful mess.

Miller made these statements:

"I say, bomb the hell out of them. If there's collateral damage, so be it. They certainly found our civilians to be expendable."

Who the hell is “them”? Reason dictates “them” couldn’t be the people who commandeered the aircraft; they died carrying out their missions. Also, hasn’t our “moral” government (their estimation) found civilians expendable and nothing more than what has been termed “collateral damage” in Korea, Viet Nam, Iraq, Kosovo, and all other areas United States and United Nation’s bombs have fallen?

Even closer to home, aren’t those killed by government agencies and agents who “accidentally” (or intentionally) kill innocents in the good old US of A merely termed “collateral damage” by the unfeeling wannabe despots intent on establishing complete government control over all people? Is Miller including the acts of terrorism against the American people in “them”?

As for Bono, she warned on Friday (the 14th) that the country should prepare for a fight against international terrorists that will likely include personal sacrifice, the use of ground troops overseas and the risk of retaliation against civilians by the enemy.

Jesus Christ, can not this woman see that retaliation has already taken place and ground troops are overseas and have been for years. Can she not see Americans have sacrificed loss of multiple freedoms and lives because of the government waging “war” based on economics and politics when it should be at home protecting our rights and shores.

She went ahead to state:

"I think the most important thing here is for the American people to realize that it is really in their hands," Bono said. "I think it is important that members of Congress always recognize that national security is the No. 1 priority, even if it is not No. 1 in polling data."

Well, gosh, if the situation is in the hands of the people, then, by God, do as the Constitution states and protect our shores and our rights. This is all the People have authorized. Those in government have forgotten their only responsibility is to uphold the Constitution, not to establish economic control over all other nations (or the people of this nation), nor to deprive citizens of this and other countries of their rights.

Bono also said:

“The key here is to crack down. I think people are going to have to recognize that some of their conveniences are going to be gone. Whether we are talking about national ID cards I don't know, or fingerprinting of everybody, I don't know where we are going to go with
security. I'm glad to show my identification where I need to go."

Crack down on what and who? All she has in mind is cracking down on freedoms that remain to the American people, not to protect against terrorism. Lord, why cannot people such as Bono see the fallacies in their statements? Why can they not realize their statements are statements of treason against the Constitution? Are they that mentally challenged?

Then there is this stated above by Bono. “I don’t know where we are going to go with security.”

Just who the devil is “we”? If she thinks Congress has plenary power to do whatever it wants, it is time the people force Congress to read the Constitution as it is written.

Besides, “national security” when uttered by Washington bureaucrats seems to be the security of the United States defined by Article I, Section 8, Clause 17, not the security of the United States of America (the 50 States). In other words, actions and legislation by the government are often in direct contradiction to the security and well being of the people of the United States of America. Instead, the actions and legislation are geared to protecting only the federal government.

The actions alluded to by Miller, Bono and others will only accomplish increasing the government’s ability to track, stop and hold, seize property of, and incarcerate law-abiding citizens while infringing on nearly every right of the American people. Such actions will not stop terrorism just as measures taken in the past haven’t How any person with a reasonable level of intelligence can believe otherwise is just too mind blowing to comprehend.

Think. Firearm control laws have not stopped criminals from obtaining firearms and have not decreased crime but have, instead, increased it. These fictional controls against crime affect no one except law-abiding citizens. In fact, with the complete failure of government in nearly every “fix it” program ever designed and implemented by government, do the people in Congress actually believe that they can stop those intending on terrorist acts by requiring citizens to get fingerprinted? Or, by demanding a national ID?

Do these people actually believe that such an item cannot be counterfeited? Or that the hundreds of sleepers in this country, the UK, Canada, France, Mexico, and in other countries don’t already have the necessary credentials to stay as citizens or residents with proper Ids (does it matter to them if their fingerprints were or are on file) or to travel to and within the many States? For the love of humanity, get real.

But, Bono wasn’t done. She accepts the possibility that thwarting terrorism will cost the lives of men and women in the military and put American civilians at risk of retaliation.

"If that is what it takes to rid our world of these terrorists then, yes, I support it,"

Read that statement again. “If that is what it takes to rid our world of these terrorists then, yes, I support it.” With this statement, Bono shows her complete ignorance of terrorism and the driving force behind those intent on destroying the United States and her lack of regard for the safety of the American people.

Besides, how does she plan on ridding “…our world of these terrorists”? Is she going to kill all Muslims who have or will become fed up with the United States killing innocent people in their countries? If so, how?

Does she think that killing one terrorist such as Bin Laden and dozens of his followers will stop all other terrorists? If so, how about starting with putting a firearm in her hands and letting her have at it since that is what she is helping to force upon the American people? Put members of Congress on the front lines and indeed let them lead the way.

Have any questioned whether terrorism can even be halted by force? It never has been, regardless of how many countries “participate” in anti-terrorists actions. One must conclude that failure to militarily wipe out all terrorists is inevitable just as anti-terrorists measures have failed miserably up to this time. Bin Laden and his followers in at least 40 countries might be disbanded or destroyed but other leaders and followers have been captured or killed in the past. Guess what, though – they were replaced by others.

Consider this. What do Muslims think of Americans who invade their countries (including with aircraft, ground personnel and barrages from ships), blow up buildings, factories, schools, destroying agriculture, kill civilian populations, and desecrate their holy ground and beliefs? If an answer can’t be imagined, how did Americans feel about Black Tuesday (who coined this ridiculous name) – how did Americans feel about the bombing at Oklahoma City, the earlier bombing of the World Trade Center, and the complete destruction of the towers?

Isn’t it highly probably that the people who hate this nation do so because of perceived atrocities against them and their beliefs just as so many Americans hate all Arabs for the same reasons? Isn’t it highly probable that continued atrocities against Muslims would further enrage them just as additional acts against the people of this nation would cause increased rage in this country?

We have seen the results of strength of belief in many past actions and most conclusively in the terrorists who gave their lives in destroying the WTC. We have also seen a huge increase in those joining the militant forces against the spread of the evil of the infidels. Does this not speak for itself?

We, the People, are being forced into is a long-term war (including the years already fought – Bush is wrong; it is not a new war) pitting hardened Islamic warriors with extremely strong religious, nearly fanatical, beliefs against a government (and, hence, the People) that has essentially turned its back on the principles of God.

In waging this “war”, the government plans on removing additional rights of the American people in order to (quote)(unquote) combat terrorism. This will accomplish nothing except outraging American citizens who are nearly fed up with rights being denied them by government, law enforcement and the courts.

The US is also going to commit troops to cleaning out Bin Laden and his followers (confirmed September 20, 2001). Afghanistan is going to continue suffering horrors it has experienced during ten years of war with Russia and another ten years of internal war. But, this is the least of the worries for the people of the United States of America.

Congress, along with all the agencies, bureaus, employees, and the jack-booted thugs of the federal government, combined with the legislators, departments, and law enforcement personnel of the many States, cannot stop actions by terrorists. With a certainty as sure as the sun rising each day, plans already in place by terrorist groups, including those made by the evil treasonous bastards behind the establishment of the New World Order, will be carried out.

We people of the world are on the brink of devastating loss of human life. Actions being taken are being taken to perpetuate indefinitely the war that has been going on against terrorism for over 30 years. The humans remaining after the coming holocaust will be in complete servitude to governments with no human rights remaining. Or, there will be no governments left to corrupt the rights of Man.

If the former, the end of war will not be peace, the alleged opposite of war – it will be slavery.

If the latter, then perhaps the people on this good Earth will finally co-exist with Peace On Earth reigning as long as the Earth exists.
