DUTY, HONOR, COUNTRY (And Hanging A Communist
Chinese Flag on A U.S. Ship)
By Louis Turner
It is during
times like these that the men and women that are in the armed forces
wonder about their allegiance to the armed forces in which they serve.
There are credible stories about soldiers having to ignore The Constitution
of The United States, and to obey the commands of the United Nations
Officers in order that they will not be court marshaled. This story is
going to be a little difficult for me to write since there is a
possibility that The United States Navy may be upset that this story has
gotten out. I have purposely withheld the name of the Brave sailor who
sent me his story and pictures for obvious reasons. This story is about
The USS Constellation, and her crew that have been out to Westpack for the
last 6 months. Apparenly The "Connie", had some serious trouble
somewhere out on Westpack and managed to LOOSE 2 jet fighters. Their
story, in which I lost the link to did not give a clear reason why they
lost these planes. Days later The Connie pulled into Hong Kong and the
sailors aboard noticed that the Communist Chinese flag was being flown on
mast, and in the Hanger Bay. This is very disturbing considering that our
Men and Women were asked to salute this flag. In my opinion I believe this
is most reprehensible. Prolific Words of warning rise to the surface of my
heart saying--
"I have ever deemed it fundamental for the United States never to
take active part in the quarrels of Europe. Their political interests are
entirely distinct from ours. Their mutual jealousies, their balance of
power, their complicated alliances, their forms and principles of
government, are all foreign to us. They are nations of eternal war. --
THOMAS JEFFERSON (1823)
I also would
like to say that this sailor tried hard and took risks to send this
picture, and his wife stressed the importance that We The People need to
be notified about the condition of our Navy and its leaders. On the bottom
of this page is the first copy of an email that was sent to me stating
that no photo was available. 2 days later, he came through. We as Citizens
have a Duty to let our leaders know that we will NO longer put up with
being a member of The United Nations! It is time to bring Honor back to
this great country. It is time to Rebuild America, and to take action
without the help of the United Nations, to let them know that we will NO
longer put up with Terrorist acts of war against our soil; and to let our
leaders know that there will be ZERO TOLERANCE when it comes to flying the
Communist flag aboard our ships!
Duty, honor,
country: Those three hallowed words reverently dictate what you ought to
be, what you can be, what you will be. They are your rallying point to
build courage when courage seems to fail, to regain faith when there seems
to be little cause for faith, to create hope when hope becomes forlorn.
Gen. Douglas MacCarthur (1962)
Tyranny threatens on a constant basis. Nimrod and his tower is resurrected
again at the socialistic oasis. Cowards drink from his bloody words of
humanistic global vomit. Let US wash his mouth out with Constitutional
Comet.

well I don't have it, sorry, but I can just tell you again, when we
pulled
into hong kong for several days, they hung up a huge chinese flag in
our hanger bay, alongside a huge american flag, they left both of them up
the entire time we were in port, and there was also a chinese flag hanging
from our mast as well.... every morning and evening at colors, they would
play the national anthem's from our country and china.... I really
apologize but, I don't have a camera, and was too busy with work and duty
to borrow one to take any pictures and we are pulling out and they have
taken them down....
again I apologize, I will ask around and see if anyone took any pictures
of them.... (name withheld) P.S.
while on an armed sentry post on the ship during both the morning and the
evening colors on multiple days, I saluted the flag and the american
anthem while it was playing, but when they were playing the chinese
national anthem I dropped my rifle salute and placed my rifle at port
arms....
