of the Clinton White House when it comes to

President's departure from the stage. Instead, this strategy has now been
adopted by the junior Senator from
New York and her fellow Democrats on Capitol Hill. They have formed what
former Senator Bob Kerrey (D-Nebraska) has called the "Do Nothing
Club" to stop Social Security reform. Somewhere in Harlem, Bill
Clinton is smiling at their efforts.
