months.

A tremendous threat to property rights lurks in the future if Patton's Army has its way. It is called "Smart Growth," but in
reality it is not smart and it is not the kind of growth we need. Proponents of the initiative say it will preserve Kentucky's green space and protect the environment. However, "Smart Growth" is little more than a big government step toward statewide zoning.
