As you may have heard on Fox News this morning, Gale Norton announced water will be turned on today or tomorrow morning. The Enviros are, of course, filing an injunction, but what else is new.

It's too late for this year's crops, but at least the farmers can plant covercrops to prevent the dried up top soil to blow away during the rest of the summer.

Edward Griffith's "The Creature from Jekyll Island - A Second Look at the Federal Reserve", I recommend this book urgently as an eyeopener. A libertarian/objectivist friend in Bandon (20 miles south of Coos Bay), Gordon Corbett, has reviewed the book and its printed on Amazon's web site.
