May 25, 2001
Dear liberty activist,
Congressman John Shadegg (Arizona) introduced H.R. 175 - The Enumerated
Powers Act. H.R. 175 is a bill to require Congress to specify the
constitutional authority for the enactment of laws.
Congressman Ron Paul (Texas) introduced H. Con. Res. 48. The
resolution is a sense of Congress in reaffirming the United States as a
republic.
