Representative Virgil Goode (Virginia) introduced H.R. 1455 - The States' Rights and Second and Tenth Amendment Restoration Act of 2001 that would repeal the 1996 Lautenberg amendment. Representative Roscoe Bartlett (Maryland) introduced H.R. 31 - The Citizens' Self-Defense Act of 2001.
