On Thursday, April 26, noon at Vincenzo's, the Federalist Society will host a luncheon with Hon. Loren A. Smith, a Judge in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Judge Smith will speak about the role of his court in hearing cases involving claims against the federal government, including the taking of property under the Fifth Amendment. Judge Smith was appointed to the bench by President Reagan.
