Greetings

Went to a town meeting last night. The selectmen took a ballot vote on hiring appraisers to reappraise the homes. It failed. Then they intimated us to revote. It then passed. I thought that a ballot vote was final. Number 2. didn't the Supreme court rule about 1980 that you don't even have to let them on your property.
