Bill Clinton Inadvertently Tells The Truth. Nobody Notices.

by Randy Barker

Unique occurrences should not go unmentioned. It was Chicago. He was speaking before the Daly Gang, praising Gore's head henchman in Florida. It was then that the President blurted out an absolute truth. He said "the only way the Republicans could win the election in Florida was to stop the voting." Excuse me. Stop the what? "Voting" instead of "vote recounting"? Finally, the truth. The head Democrat admitting that what they were doing after Election Day was manufacturing votes.

And apparently, they needed to. On Sunday, The Palm Beach Post published the results of their recount of the 10,600 disputed votes in Miami-Dade County, the first left-wing organization to do so. Gore thought he could easily net 600 new votes from such as recount. The actual results showed Bush gained 251 votes and Gore gained 245. Bush picked up 6 votes! Amazing! But maybe not to Ivy Korman of the Miami-Dade Supervisor Of Elections Office. Korman said, "In other words, Dade was a wash. And knowing our county the way we do, that is why we didn't feel we needed to do a manual recount."

Now, you would think, with all the brouhaha about that vote, that this blockbuster news would be a huge headline on the front page of every newspaper in America.  Not with the Liberal Press running things! The Palm Beach Post even downplayed its own "scoop", putting the story on the front page, but below the fold. But USA Today buried the bad news for Democrats even deeper, giving the story only 8 column inches on page 14A. If there were ever proof that the press is biased, this is it.

Another thing not widely reported is the con game the Clintons are pulling on American taxpayers. The Secret Service needed a building on the premises of Clinton's Chappaqua home to use as a base. According to a local New York newspaper, the Clintons are renting a shed to the U.S. Government for the total amount of their mortgage payment. Terry McCauliff, named the new head of the Democrat National Committee by Clinton, made their down payment, and now we're paying the mortgage. Very slick, Willy.

Bill and Hillary Clinton are the new Jim and Tammy Faye Baker. True Trailer Trash, both couples with PTL (Pass The Loot) Clubs. Only the Clinton's PTL is called the Clinton Legal Defense Fund, which like PTL receives contributions from poor deluded poor people even though Hillary is set to cash in on a $8 million book deal if she can find a ghost writer who can stand her. Thank God the Pond Scum Presidency will soon be over.

Any Guess What "Ginger" Is?

Some serious buzz got started last week about a mysterious new invention, code named Ginger, that will be "bigger than the internet" and/or a "totally new transportation device". The inventor is a recognized genius and the project was bankrolled by people like Steve Jobs. Is it a new type of scooter? A personal hovercraft a la The Jetsons? I can hardly wait! How about you?

Where The "Smart Money" Is Flowing

Mutual fund managers, at least those running A-rated funds, should know what they are doing. And what they were buying recently were medical and financial stocks. This time there were only four portfolio stocks to make the New Buys List in Investor's Business Daily. They were Carreker (CANI-$31.13), SEI Investments (SEIC-$80.88), Federated Investors (FII-$27.50), and the only true tech stock, Keithley Instruments (KEI-$46.88)

Interesting stocks to me were ASI Solutions (ASIS-$17), a human resources outsourcing firm, EPIQ Systems (EPIQ-$20), a banking software company, and Key Production (KP-$32), an oil and gas outfit.

What S&P 500 Stocks Are Making The Most Money?

Investor's Business Daily is continuing on its "list kick". The big one last week listed the S&P 500 stocks that are beating 80% of their peers when it comes to earnings. Portfolio stocks that made this 206-stock list were # 24 Nortel (NT-$33.38), #30 Scientific Atlanta (SFA-$50.94), #76 Convergys (CVG-$47) and # 87 Citigroup (C-$53.13).

Notice that only 206 of the 500 stocks made it? The number of stocks with earnings growth over the last two quarters was even smaller. Only 44! They are:

Calpine (CPN) Siebel (SEBL) Sun (SUNW) Forest Labs (FRX)
Cisco (CSCO) Tellabs (TLAB) Solectron(SLR) Altera (ALTR)
Pulte (PHM) Scientific Atlanta (SFA) Linear Tech(LLTC) Xilinx (XLNX) AES (AES) Corning (GLW) SW Air (LUV) Guidant (GDT) Coastal (CGP) Firstar (FSR) Darden (DRI) Golden West (GDW) Merck (MRK) March & M(MMC) BB&T (BBT) Molex (MOLX) Progress Eng.(PGN) JP (JP) Amgen (AMGN) Cinergy(CIN) Allegheny (ATI) IBM (IBM) Bank of NY(BK) Peoplesoft(PSFT) Nicor (GAS) Harrahs (HET) Lincoln Nat.(LNC) Avon (AVP) Edison Int.
