Attorney Geoffrey Surtees
Mr. Surtees is an attorney with the American Center for Law & Justice, an organization dedicated to defending constitutional liberties secured by law. Geoff is a graduate of the University Of Kentucky College Of Law.
In addition to his law degree, Geoff holds a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies (summa cum laude) from the John Paul II Institute for studies on Marriage and Family. While at the Institute, Geoff was a McGivney scholar, a scholarship provided by the Knights of Columbus in memory of the Reverend Michael J. McGivney.
Since joining the ACLJ as an attorney in 200l, Geoff has specialized in religious civil liberties. Geoff has participated in cases involving the conscience rights of medical personnel, and the religious rights of public and private employees.
